The Forestburg Fitness Institute (FFI) was created ten years ago to establish a site with fitness equipment that would be available and easily accessible 24/7.  Members pay a one-time equipment fee of $300 and annual dues of $60.  Temporary membership is available for $30/month.  The centre is well equipped with a full set of free weights, two treadmills, leg press, inclined elliptical, recumbent bike, abdominal lift, squat cage and a multi-use centre for biceps work, pull ups and rowing etc.
