Forestburg School is part of the Battle River School Division #31. Battle River School Division office is located in Camrose : call 672-6131.

Forestburg School offers Kindergarten through Grade 12. A new addition of a gymnasium, administrative and common areas and a full renovation were completed in 2003. The school has excellent facilities and equipment, with a 2:1 student-computer ration. Students from the school consistently score above the provincial average in most academic areas. The school has two gymnasiums, offers daily physical education and an excellent sports program from upper elementary to senior high. High school students have the opportunity to participate in the Registered Apprentice Program (RAP) and Work Experience. Other programs include elementary music and art, elementary chorus, junior/senior band, art club and travel club.

FORESTBURG SCHOOL PARENT COUNCIL
Forestburg School Parent Council is a sounding board between staff, parents and school board. We try to meet the needs of all parties interested in sharing their opinion. Parent Council is proud of our many accomplishments including the new playground, funding for skating and swimming, and our yearly class fieldtrips. Our meetings run once a month and welcome all newcomers.

Forestburg Learn and Playschool Society (F.L.A.P.)
F.L.A.P. is a non-profit, parent run playschool. We provide a safe and caring environment where our 3 - 5 year olds are free to learn and interact with each other. Our playschool encourages children to develop their sharing and listening skills. Basic skills required for school are also introduced. F.L.A.P. is licensed for a maximum of 18 children per class. The school runs from September to May, observing all statutory holidays and public shool holidays. The playschool building is located at 5414 - 49 Avenue West, across from the Community Hall. Living Truth Christian School
Living Truth Christian School, part of Koinonia Christian Schools, is an accredited evangelical, non-denominational school for ages Kingergarten through Grade 9. LTCS is a rural school, located 5 km east of Hghway 36 on Secondary Highway 608 and 1/2 km north on Range Road 131, in the heart of Flagstaff County. Bussing is available from Killam. LTCS is committed to excellence both in academics and in spiritual growth and training.
