2013 Property Taxes will be mailed on May 31, 2013.
The Operating and Capital Budgets for the Village of Forestburg enable Council to sustain the current level of public services, facilities and utilities for all Forestburg residents, as well as continue to renew existing infrastructure. A Culture and Recreation Special Tax of $210 per account has been levied in keeping with Council's philosophy of partially funding culture and recreation operations.
Capital and operational projects planned for 2013 include 3 blocks of road replacement to run along the 4400 block, 4700 block and 4800 block of 50 Street as well as the construction of a new water treatment plant, the replacement of a playground, a new LED information sign, solar street lights along 49 Street (to new arena) and a new highway entrance sign
