DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION: The property owner shall complete a development permit application showing the placement of the proposed construction on the property. The application must be approved by the Development Officer before construction begins. Once approved, a Development Permit will be issued.

$100 is refundable upon water meter hook-up
