Effective May 25, 2009 FLAGSTAFF REGIONAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION Will no longer be accepting concrete and shingles at transfer sites. If you need to rent a bin from Flagstaff Waste Management, a 6 yard bin is available for $3.52 per day plus $23.75 for hauling the bin away and a $44. 04 Delivery Charge. Other charges - Disposal of appliances $3.00; those containing freon - $15.00. Propane Bottles - 10 - 20 lb. - $3.00; 30 - 40 lb. $6.00; 100 lb. - $35.00 and 200 lb. - $60.00.
